Impatient fan makes Black Widow movie title sequence

Though most of the other Avengers have their own series, it appears Marvel has no plans to make a Black Widow movie in the near future. But in case the execs change their minds, one fan has helped them get a head start.

When film student Christopher Haley needed a final project for his class on Adobe After Effects, he took the opportunity to create a title sequence for a theoretical Black Widow franchise debut, featuring James Bond-esque silhouettes, a cannily selected Portishead soundtrack and the names of a dream cast including, of course, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow. Haley chose Rosamund Pike (“Gone Girl,” “Jack Reacher,” “Wrath of the Titans”) as the villain, who also fancies herself to be Black Widow. Here’s how Haley explains his story concept:
